Our U.S. Headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah where we bring the best of ROTOR Components to those of us that call North America home. We offer our legendary chainrings, power meters, and solutions to just about any bottom bracket dilemma you might encounter. Our office is equipped with a team of people who prioritize making bikes a part of their everyday lives! Customer Service / Marketing Coordinator

This position supports both bike shops & digital marketing efforts with a small team in Salt Lake City, UT. If you are competent on a Shopify platform &/or ERP softwares (like SAP,) and can answer questions on the fly for shop customers & end-users alike, this is the job for you!

Customer Service

  • Provide general customer service support to consumers & retail partners, including: technical product information, order status detail, product availability, & general ROTOR information.
  • Receive & distribute inbound customer contacts to appropriate office personnel.
  • Enter, confirm & ship all orders with urgency, manage open sales orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays or backorders to Sales Manager to determine best course of action.

Marketing

  • Work with Director on building out news pages for internally managed eComm site.
  • Update eComm site info in Shopify on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate with designer on email concepts & visuals.
  • Periodically attend industry events like Sea Otter or the MADE Hand Built Show.

Key Skills

  • 1+ years working in the bike industry, preferably with a focus on customer service.
  • Mechanical aptitude to discuss basic bottom bracket interfaces/power meter features, etc.
  • Excellent phone & in-person presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work without close supervision.
  • Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Office applications, bonus with Creative Suite & SAP.
  • Flexibility to travel to events, as needed. Professional appearance.
  • Patience with difficult people. Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
  • Desire for the wearing of many hats; mental flexibility is in your nature.
  • A love of riding all manner of bikes and talking bike-nerd with other bike nerds!
