• The Rotor Pro Program is intended for your own personal use. Friends and family are not eligible.
• The Rotor Pro Program discount is taken off retail pricing and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• The Rotor Pro Program is confidential and is not to be shared with anyone outside the program.
• Products must be shipped to a U.S. shipping address.
• Members must follow Rotor America's Terms and Service for all returns and exchanges.
• Purchases on power meters and cranksets are limited to 2 per year. Any additional purchases can be requested, but must be reviewed by our customer service team.
• All questions, order inquiries, warranties, returns, and must go through Rotor America's customer service team. You can find more information about our Returns & Exchanges here.
• Please do not inquire about the Pro Program with our authorized retailers. Talking about your Pro Program discount with others may lead to the termination of your account.
• Rotor Pro accounts are active for 1 year and can be revoked at any time.
• Rotor America reserves the right to change discounts and pricing at anytime.
